• Buy and look over both course textbooks, available as a package through the UNBC Bookstore: Barbara Rosenwein, A Short History of the Middle Ages 6th edition (2023) and Barbara Rosenwein, A Short Medieval Reader (2023).
• Powerpoint for class: #1-Introduction

Online Discussion

• Please make sure you have signed up for the chatboard (see your UNBC email for an invitation).
• Go to the “Throne Room” channel to introduce yourself.
• Check out your weekly discussion thread (divided by last name). Make sure to answer the question posted and respond to a comment from another student in the course.
